Overview
Clearbrook MN has not adopted the MN State Building Codes. However, Clearbrook did adopt its own ordinance # 37, which requires certain standards for foundations, chimneys, studdings, joints and rafters to be adhered to.
The State Building Code is the standard that applies statewide for the construction, reconstruction, alteration, and repair of buildings and other structures of the type governed by the code..
